1/3 lb. Shrimp
1/3 lb. tenderloin beef
1 sausage
1/2 carrot
1/2 onion
1 scallion
1 bowl of cooked rice
1 tbsp butter
cooking oil
soy sauce, salt, minced garlic, sesame oil to taste |

1. dice the shrimp, beef and sausage
2. chop the carrot, onion and scallion
3. preheat the skillet and put the butter and the cooking oil into it
4. put the beef and carrot into the skillet and cook
5. put the shrimp, sausage, onion, scallion, garlic, rice and soy sauce
6. when the all ingredient is cooked, put the sesame oil to taste |
