spanish rice and beans

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of sofrito,1 cup of goya rice,1/2 cup of goya tomato sauce,1/2 cup chopped onions,1/2 cup of chopped green peppers,2 packs of sazon,1 can of chopped vienna sausages,2 teaspoons of olive oil,3/4 of chopped spanish olives,3 tablespoons of adobo,1 can of pink beans,1/2 can of goya pigeon peas, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic,1 teaspoon of goya hot sauce.
 
Prepare:
first,In a large pot add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil,green peppers, and onions fry for 3 minutes on medium heat stirring occasionaly,then add pink beans,vienna sausages,olives,tomato sauce,pigeon peas,sofrito,let cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly,finally add the rice,adobo,sazon,then add 2 cups of water, the other teaspoon of vegetable oil,hot sauce,then finally stir for 1 minute,place aluminum foil covering the pot with a lid on top of the aluminum foil.. cook for 22 minutes..
