Ingredients:

2 eggs
2/3 cup oil
1 cup self rising corn meal
1 can cream style corn
1 cup sour cream
1 jar bananna pepper rings
1 8oz bar cheaddar cheese shreadded
 
Prepare:
Mix all the ingredients togather except peppers and cheese. spray baking pan with pam, then pour half mixture into pan and cover with a layer of pepper rings and cheese, pour remaining mixture over the layer of cheese and put on another layer of pepper rings and cheese. bake at 350 for one hour.
