American Goulash

Ingredients:

1lb ground beef.(lean is best)
1lb macaroni noodles
4lb 3oz(or more depending on preference)jar of prego sauce(your favorite flavor,mine is traditional.)
16-20oz Velvita Cheese
1/4cup italion seasoning
1 tblspoon onion powder
1 tblspoon paprika
any thing else you wish to add.Mushrooms,peppers,etc.
 
Prepare:
1.Preheat oven to 350degrees
2.Start boiling the macaroni.
3.Brown the ground beef.strain very well using collander and pressing down with paper towels.leave no grease.
4.When macaroni is tender(do not over cook)strain
5.Mix spices,beef,sauce,and macaroni together in proper sized baking dish.
6.Cut velvita thin to medium thickness and place evenly on top of mixture.
7.Cover with aluminum foil or dish lid and place in oven.(oven times vary so when cheese is completely melted it is finished).
8.serve with garlic bread and ENJOY!!
