2 lb Carrots
1 cup Crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1 cup Raisins, soaked in water 30 min. to plump, then drained |

| Peel carrots; remove tip and root end. Shred, using a large-holed cheese grater or a potato peeler. Combine with remaining ingredients and refrigerate until serving. |
