4 tablespoons butter
1 small bunch scallions, minced
1 shallot, minced
1 pound cleaned shrimp
2 medium cooking apples, cut into thin slice
salt and pepper
1/4 cup favorite fruit liqueur
4 tablespoons heavy cream
6 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
6 leaves of attractive lettuce |

1.Saute the scallions and shallot in the butter. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes.
2.Add the apples, salt, pepper, and liqueur. Ignite. Shake the pan until the flame dies.
3.Add the heavy cream and stir for 1 minute. Serve on a leaf of lettuce with blue cheese on top. |
