Stephie just wanted to let you know you do not need flour to thicken this. It takes about 10 minutes not s minutes for it to thincken up. Just thought I'd let you know!!! |

Easier if you use cream soup base, prepare as directed on bag, add 2 cups granulated parmesan, 10 slices processed swiss, 2 cups white wine reduced to one cup. let stand 10 minutes. Add 2 ounces cracked black pepper and one quart heavy whipping cream. |
