Ingredients  
1/2 lb. pork
1/2 lb. tofu
1/4 lb. shrimp
10 sesame leaves
1 onion
1 carrot
1 tbsp of minced garlic
2 red pepper
a pinch of salt & pepper to taste
3 eggs
1/2 cup of flour
Prepare   
1. squeeze and crush the tofu
2. mince the pork, shrimp, sesame leaves, onion, carrot and hot pepper
3. put the minced substances, garlic, salt, pepper, eggs and flour all together in the bowl
4. combine all the ingredients in the bowl
5. make small balls and fry
