Shopping List for Butterfly prawns with pea guacamole
For the prawns:
100g/3½oz prawns, shelled and cleaned
1 lime, juice only
1 lemon, juice only
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
2 tbsp soy sauce
25g/1oz honey
For the guacamole:
200g/7oz petit pois
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chilli flakes
